Revenue Operations Strategist
MINNEAPOLIS, MN OR REMOTE
This open role will be a part of our Strategy team and will be responsible for leading our B2B clients through transforming current Marketing and Sales efforts to an effective revenue generation engine. This person will lead our client through design and roll out of the team/organizational structure, business process, and tech stack evolution required to optimize the buyer’s experience and create revenue. The right person is skilled at building vision and actionable roadmaps as a Strategist, designing technology solutions as a Solution Architect, leading customers through organizational change, and leveraging data to optimize programs and drive results.
The InStereo Revenue Operations Consultant position is a client-facing consulting role, responsible for working with InStereo's clients to advise on sales and marketing strategies, implement and optimize technology that generates b2b revenue, build programs that engage with prospects and customers, and ultimately drive revenue outcomes for our clients’ businesses. This includes revenue operations process definition, configuration of sales and marketing technologies, project leadership, creation and presentation of deliverables for clients, and other consulting, as required.
InStereo is looking for a versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our marketing programs, content strategy, and partner enablement. The right individual will be ready to dive in to further detail the annual marketing plan and set the pace for consistent execution. As a part of a high-growth consulting firm, the Marketing Manager will drive continued improvement to the InStereo brand and positioning, develop and publish thought-leadership, develop assets for sales and partner teams, and plan, run, and report our campaigns. Ultimately, this individual will help InStereo build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels.
The Account Executive is a quota-carrying role focused on building strong relationships with target accounts in order to identify opportunity and grow revenue year over year. The Account Executive will quickly earn the trust of target audiences, both sales and marketing leaders alike, demonstrating the ability to speak confidently on the strategies, technologies, and best practices that generate revenue.
